How to Enjoy

Cut a piece and eat it as it is - the wax is chewed along with the honey. At a Turkish breakfast it goes on the table next to butter or kaymak, white cheese and warm bread.

It also works on a cheese board, on yogurt, or on hot toast. Keep it at room temperature and out of the fridge. If the honey crystallizes, that is natural, as the label says; it can be eaten that way, or the closed box can sit in warm water for a while to soften it.
