How to Use

Use it anywhere you would use salt and want garlic as well. The label suggests a pinch on chicken, shrimp or beef before cooking.

It also works on roasted potatoes and vegetables, popcorn, buttered bread, eggs and grilled kofte. Because it is mostly salt, use it in place of salt rather than on top of it: a quarter teaspoon carries 490 mg of sodium, per the label.
