    Sour cherry flavoured jelly powder from Kent Boringer in a 3 oz (85 g) box, made in Turkiye. Add hot and cold water, chill, and it sets into a red jelly - four portions from one box.

    How to Make

    Empty the whole box into a bowl. Add 1 glass (200 mL) of boiled water and stir until the powder dissolves completely, then add 1 glass of cold water and stir again.

    Pour into moulds or small glasses and leave in the fridge for about 4 hours to set. Turn out onto a plate, or serve in the glass with a spoon of whipped cream or fresh fruit.
