How to Enjoy

Put them out at breakfast with white cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, simit or fresh bread, or add them to a mezze plate, a pasta or a salad. A drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of thyme or chili flakes on top is the classic Turkish touch.

These olives contain pits - the tub carries the warning, so take care, especially when serving children. Use a clean, dry spoon, keep the olives under their liquid, and after opening refrigerate the tub (35 to 41 F) and finish it within 15 days, as the label says.
