How to Serve

Put them straight out as meze or on a Turkish breakfast plate with cheese, tomatoes and bread. Being pitted, they are easy to halve into a salad, a grain bowl or a sandwich, and the seasoned oil is good spooned over bread or grilled vegetables.

Lift the olives out with a clean spoon and keep the rest under the oil. Once the jar is open it goes in the fridge, and the label says to finish it within 7 days.
