How to Serve
Chill the carton in the fridge for a few hours before opening if you like it cold. Cut along the marked corner, pour it into a bowl or small glasses, and top it with grated pistachio, coconut, crushed biscuits or a spoon of whipped cream.
It also makes a quick layer for a trifle or a biscuit cake. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and finish it within 2 days, as the carton says.
