How to Enjoy
Warm each wrap before filling - the bag notes that heat makes gluten free wraps more pliable and brings out the flavor. Its two ways: microwave - layer the wraps between moist paper towels on a microwave-safe plate and heat on high for 20 to 40 seconds; stovetop - in a pan lightly coated with butter or oil, about 30 seconds a side until warm through.
Then use them for burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, taco rolls, thin-crust pizza or in place of sliced bread. Reseal the bag after each use so the rest do not dry out.
