What Is Frambuaz?
Frambuaz is the Turkish word for raspberry, borrowed from the French framboise; ahududu is the other Turkish word for the same fruit. Frambuaz soslu kurabiye simply means a cookie with raspberry sauce. The sauce here is mostly sugar syrup set with pectin; raspberry puree is 1.3% of the cookie, so expect a sweet fruit centre rather than a fresh-fruit tartness.
